When you pre-order an item, we'll ask for a deposit upfront to secure your limited edition item (or you may choose to pay your pre-order in full). The remaining balance will be due upon the completion of the order.

It depends on the popularity of the statues. Usually within 10 minutes, but there are some instances where some are available after 6 months. Quantities are limited too, so to secure a piece for your collection, we recommend placing an order as soon as possible. As always, we'll provide updates once they become available.

Each release date is listed at the bottom of every preorder. These are a rough estimate and can change quite often.

Yes, but all deposits are non-refundable.

Yes you can! Someone can take over your preorder. Message me the details
once you work them out with the buyer through the Facebook group.

To make sure your statue gets to you in perfect condition, every single statue is checked by the shipping company before it's sent out. Please contact us immediately if there's an issue with the order, or if you get the wrong item. We want to make sure that everything is 100% perfect for you.
